Markevious W. Robinson, 105 Browning St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with parole violation and is being held for MDOC. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Justin Martez Owens, 59 Van Jones Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license, no proof of insurance and no seat belt. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Brandon M. Cox, 107 Sweetgum Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, no seat belt and possession of controlled substance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Nathan Lydell Thomas, 417 Juanita St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with entering into a coin operating machine. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Charles Edward Dorris, 255 Panola Ave., Crowder, was arrested on a writ to hold. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Gage Heath Moss, 330 CR 214, Water Valley, is being held for investigation. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Michael Dewayne Gray, 1485 King Road, Sardis, was arrested and charged with probation violation and serving nine days per drug court. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Keyondrick M. Watters, 396 Tubbs Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Patrick A. Johnson, 1794 John Branch Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with speeding, possession of marijuana and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Michael A. Stocks, 161 B MLK Dr., Batesville, is being held for MDOC. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Anthony Zane McMinn, 7880 Allen Ridge, Olive Branch, was arrested and charged with two counts of shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Dianah Nicole Switzer, 429 A Farris Gravel Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged on a writ to hold. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jackie Smith, 2000 CR 415, Ripley, was arrested and charged with burglary of a dwelling. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Wilburn Sylvester Winters, 212 Miller St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disturbance of the peace, disorderly conduct and public drunk. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Wesley Mark Tramel, 13 Ramsey Circle, Sardis, was arrested and charged with two counts of domestic violence. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

 Bernard White, 484 CR 191, Water Valley, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Terry Lantanio Gardner, 303 Railroad St. No. 9, Como, was arrested and charged with public drunk, failure to comply, resisting arrest and loitering. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Justin David Popowich, 3038 John Harmon Rd., Batesville, was sentenced to 30 days in jail. The case was heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Demeshia I. Battle, 1577 Shiloh Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with no seat belt and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
