ND Ironmen compete in lift

North Delta held a Life-A-Thon Saturday, pitting male athletes in varsity and junior high against each other in power lifting.

“We Max in four core lifts at the end of a nine week program,” said new head football coach Brandon Ciaramitaro. “We saw tremendous gains in the overall and individual efforts.

“I have never been around a group of players who have bought into a program and committed to the overall goal as this group has,” he continued. “Very pleased with the improvements from our team during this testing period!”
