The 8th Annual Bill Lipscomb Memorial Rodeo is scheduled Saturday, starting at 7 p.m.

The rodeo, named for the late rodeo enthusiast from Como, is held at the Batesville Civic Center.

This year’s events include bareback riding, street wrestling, saddle bronc riding, tie down roping, bull riding, team roping and cowgirls barrel racing.

Added attractions include a gold rush for kids 10 and under. There is also a best-dressed cowboy and cowgirl contest 30 minutes before the rodeo.

Admission is $13 for adults and $11 for children.
