Mildred Nelson letter

To those who read The Panolian, I want to tell about The Golden Living if you need a nursing home. To me it’s the best place to be and the caring is just wonderful, such good help, I had DeDe, Edie, Sarah and Minnie and Renae and Jason Brady my physical therapist.
And they were so kind and the food is what you need to eat. I was there three months with Glynda Bailey from Lambert, I was on the C Wing and now I am home. I didn’t know we had such a nice place in Batesville.
I can’t give them enough praise. I had 43 visitors to sign the book and so many employees to come and sit and talk with me. They took good care of me and did for others. It’s just a super place to be.
During the Christmas holidays the First Baptist Church came to sing along with other local churches and I enjoyed my stay. All of the residents sang along. They take care of you right. It’s a good place to be if you are sick.
Sincerely,
Mildred Nelson
