Annie Mae Love
POPE–Annie Mae Love, 84, died Friday, December 17, 2010, at Tri-Lakes Medical Center.
Services were Thursday at Antioch M.B. Church. Rev. Reginald Reed officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery. Cooley’s Mortuary had charge.
Love, born April 8, 1926, in Enid to W.C. Watson and Addie V. Sayle Watson, was a retired cook for Pope Junior High School and a member of Antioch M.B. Church where she was a Sunday school teacher and on the Mother Board.
Survivors include: her husband, James M. Love of Pope; 10 sons, Gene H. Love of Batesville, Billy W. Love and Eugene Love, both of Pope, John A. Love and Mitchell Love, both of Courtland, Willie J. Love of Melrose, Ill., Dave Love, James W. Love, Sylvester Love and Tyrone Love, all of Milwaukee; five daughters, Paula Love, Eva Jones, Bernice Hentz, Debbie Ann Lester and Juanita Davis, all of Milwaukee; three sisters, Cealy Bobo, Minnie Ford and Clara M. Blackburn, all of Chicago; six brothers, G.W. Watson and Cleavon Watson, both of Milwaukee, Jimmy Watson, William C. Watson and Johnny Watson, all of Chicago and Richard Watson of Oakwood Park, Ill.; 54 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Lois Evelyn Wright Ruth
LAMBERT–Lois Evelyn Wright Ruth, 101, died Monday, December 20, 2010, at Quitman County Hospital.
Services were Wednesday at Kimbro Funeral Home. Rev. Don O’Quin officiated. Burial was in Lambert Cemetery. Kimbro Funeral Home had charge.
Ruth, born Aug. 19, 1909, graduated from Delta State University and was a member of Delta State Alumni Association. She retired at the age of 81 from Haynes Enterprises. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Lambert.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John E. Ruth.
Survivors include: three daughters, Nancy Waller of Oxford, Sarah Fayyad of Bailey and Jane Moore of Clinton; one son, John Ruth Jr. of Lambert; 13 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

CRENSHAW–Abygal Jo Summer Tillman, 2 months old, died Saturday, December 18, 2010, at her residence. She was the daughter of Catherine Marie Hollinger and Joel Michael Tillman of Crenshaw.
Services will be held on Sunday, December 26 at 3 p.m. at Wells Funeral Home. Rev. Bill Shelby will officiate. Burial will be in Longtown Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday from 1 p.m. until service time. Wells Funeral Home has charge.
Survivors along with her parents include: her grandparents, Rhonda and Dennis Hollinger of Salt Lake City, Utah, Peggy and James Hernandez of Crenshaw; great-grandparents, Jane and Walter Winters of Salt Lake City, Utah and Denece and Charles Hollinger of Salt Lake City, Roy and Bonnie Tillman of Sarah, Helen and James Osborn of Sardis and Larry and Tootie Hernandez of Clarksdale.
MARKS–Enos Junior Weaver, 73, died Thursday, December 16, 2010, at Tri-Lakes Medical Center.
Services were Saturday at Kimbro Funeral Home. Rev. Harold Smith and Johnny Tullos officiated. Burial was in Crowder Cemetery. Kimbro Funeral Home had charge.
Weaver, born May 30, 1937, in Crowder, to the late James Herbert Weaver and Lennie Lee Lentz Weaver, was a farmer.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Ann Craig Weaver and one son, Jimmy Dee Weaver.
Survivors include: one daughter, Gwendolyn J. Weaver of Marks; three sons, Enos Ronnie Weaver of Crowder, Timothy Joe Weaver of Ecru and Christopher Chad Weaver of Courtland; three sisters, Glenda J. Franklin of Senatobia, Patricia Ann Jones and Brenda Pittman, both of Marks; 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
