Representatives of South Panola High School’s Student Council manned a display promoting the Great American Smokeout Thursday, joining a representative of the South Panola Community Coalition for the project sponsored by the Mississippi Tobacco Free Coalition of Panola, Tate and Pontotoc Counties.
