A Saturday morning fire at the North Panola Bus Shop kept six are fire departments working for nearly four hours, according to Panola County Civil Defense coordinator Daniel Cole.

Cole said the fire is believed to have started in the office area of the building.

“We know there were a few vehicles damaged during the fire,” he said. “The departments on the scene are still working to fight the smoke and any hot spots that remain.”
