COURTLAND–Doyle C. Melton, 67, died Friday, October 23, 2009, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi.

Services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Dickins Funeral Home. Burial will be in Forrest Memorial Park. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. at Dickins Funeral Home.

Melton, born July 20, 1942, to the late John Leonard Melton and Dona Mae Stafford Melton, was a mechanic for Magnolia Sales.

Survivors include: three daughters, Lorretta Luttrell of Bartlett, Tenn., Jean Taylor of Southaven and Renee Kollman of Lloydtown, Ohio; one son, Craig Fuell of Olive Branch; one sister, Betty Lou Melton of Oxford; three brothers, Otis Melton of Courtland, Roy Melton and Darrell Melton, both of Batesville and seven grandchildren.
