Investigators with the Panola County Sheriff’s Office have made no arrests following a weekend homicide.

According to investigator Barry Thompson, Rodriquez Williams was found dead in his home on Connie Ross Road Sunday afternoon.

Connie Ross Road is located north of Como.

“We know the victim is in his early 30s, and we know a handgun was used, but we can’t release much more than that,” Thompson said.

Thompson added that the facts of the case had not yet been presented to the District Attorney as of noon on Monday.

Thompson said he is assisting Albert Perkins, who is the lead investigator in the case.
