The story in the Friday, Dec. 14 edition, “Dickins Funeral home sold to Ray-Nowell; name, employees to remain,” incorrectly stated that David Ray is a graduate of East Mississippi Junior College at Scuba where he received his degree in mortuary science. Ray’s partner, Hal Nowell, is the EMJC graduate. Ray is a licensed funeral director.
