Rico S. Turner, 101 Dora St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Clinton J. Shields, Hwy. 6 East 19576, Batesville, was arrested and charged with trespassing. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Keith Gaddis, 1468 Forbe St., Jackson, was arrested and charged with speeding and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

John H. Simmons, 8 Savannah Rd., Lambert, was arrested and charged with contempt-failure to pay fines and driving while license suspended (implied consent). The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Willie D. Fleming, 6800 Hwy. 61 North Apt. 102, Walls, was arrested and charged with DUI (first). The case will be heard in Justice Court.

June 28
Jermaine House, 339 Hays St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, DUI (second) and loud music. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Vanessa Gail Russell, #2 Ramsey Circle, Sardis, was arrested and charged with false pretense (three counts). The case will be heard in Justice Court.

William A. Moore, 80 Bethel Rd., Marks, is here for court.

Reginald E. Young, 5779 Pleasant Grove Rd., Como, is being held for investigation.

Dale E. Nolan Jr., 220 Noble St., was arrested and charged with no driver’s license, no proof of insurance, no tag, no seat belt, failure to yield to right of way and DUI (second). The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Elizabeth A. Keel, 1405 County Rd. 100, Water Valley, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Robert J. Karsten, 134 Oak Leigh Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Cornelius O. Wells, 217 Noble St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Evelyn N. McKinney, 14199 Ballentine Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with false pretense. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Gary S. Hester, 803 Red Hill Circle, Batesville, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Erwin S. Ford, 792 Wells Ext., Courtland, was arrested and charged with simple assault and trespassing. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Fredrick L. Holmes, County Rd. 1090, Oxford, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Robert Carroll Pohl, 20 Sumner Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with joy riding less than larceny. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Franklin Earl Campbell Jr., 1217 D. Spring Port Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

June 30
Stephen S. Beavers, 218 S. Broadway St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jimmy Newsom, 218 Hasseal Rd., Coldwater, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license, no proof of insurance and swapped tag. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Ronnie Ware, 114 Matthew Dr., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Jason Montgomery, 197 Betty Walton Rd., Como, is being held for investigation.

Shaundra Yvett Alexander, 406 Short Rd., Senatobia, forged, false or fraudulent prescription. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Nathan Leonard Jordon, 107 S. Main St., Como, was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.
