New Life M. B. Church will hold its summer revival this week Tuesday thru Friday at 7 p.m. nightly. Rev. Melvin Ellis and the Pilgrim Rest M. B. Church will be the guests. The public is invited. Rev. Alvin Bailey Sr. is the pastor.

Concord Baptist Church, 10204 Curtis Road, will be celebrating its 152^nd Church Anniversary. High Tea will be served Saturday at 3 p.m. at the Concord Macedonia Center with speaker Lenora Morris. July 7

The United Fellowship M.B. Church, 263 Highway 6 West, Batesville will have 100 Women in Hats service at 2:30 p.m. Everyone is invited. Jeffery K. McMullen is pastor.

July 7-11

Vacation Bible School  will be at Shady Grove Baptist Church, Sunday thru Thursday from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. This year’s theme is “In The Wild.” Supper begins at 5:30 followed by lessons,  music, and crafts for children ages 3 to 8th grade. Church address is 1638 Shady Grove Rd.

July 7-12

Pope Baptist Church will have Vacation Bible School “In the Wild” from 6 to 8:15  p.m. Sunday thru Friday. Registration is from 5:15 to 5:45 p.m. Sunday, July 7, for ages 3 to 12th grade.

The Sardis District M.B. Association Sunday school and NBC Congress of North Mississippi will have its annual session, Sunday through Friday. The event will be held at the Baptist Educational Building, 582 West Lee St., Sardis. Sunday, the Pre-Congress Musical will start at 6 p.m. Monday and Tuesday registration is at 2 p.m. The rest of the week events start at 4 p.m.

July 8-10

Salem M.B. Church will be having revival service at 7 p.m. nightly. Rev. Micheal Williams of College Hill Baptist Church of Jackson will be the evangelist. Rev. Larry Itson is pastor.

July 8-19

The United Fellowship M. B. Church, 263 Highway 6 W., will have summer camp, July 8-12 and July 15-19 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Registration is July 6 (must register). Cost is $20 per child each week of the Christian camp. The camp is for ages 4 to 18. Activities planned are art, history, Black history, music, and Bible time.
