Mohammed Rawaneh scored two goals and dished out one assist as the South Panola boys soccer team scored three second half goals to defeat homesteading Independence 6-2 Tuesday.
South Panola (2-3-1) also received two goals from Spencer Davis and one each from Kyle Kimmons and Patrick Orama. Logan Cossey was credited with two assists. Goalkeeper Gehrig Griffin recored 10 saves.
The Independence girls handed South Panola a 4-0 loss.
South Panola hosted Independence last night and will entertain Lake Cormorant Saturday with a pair of varsity matches beginning at 10 a.m
