Ford Wilson of Batesville and Jared Mackey of Longtown will play in the Mississippi Association of Independent Schools AAA All-Star game today at Jackson Prep in Flowood

Both played for Magnolia Heights along with Vance Van Every of Hernando, who was also chosen.

Mackey ended the season with 80 total tackles, 14 tackles for loss, four sacks and two fumble recoveries.

Wilson had 70 total tackles, two tackles for loss, one sack, two fumble recoveries, two interceptions, 79 rushes for 444 yards and three touchdowns. He also had 335 receiving yards on 32 receptions and three touchdowns.

Wilson is the son of Chick and Cynthia Savage of Batesville and Glen Wilson of Oxford.

Mackey is the son of Robin Mackey and Joe Spahn and Mark Mackey, all of Longtown.
