Alexander Weldon Ray, 8289 Hwy. 51, Courtland, was arrested and charged with probation violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Cleve Gale Jr., 553 Industrial Park Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance with intent, possession of mariijuana within certain proximitiy of a school or church – enhanced penalty. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court and Circuirt Court.
Lauren Brooke Joudon, 353 Dogwood Circle, Sardis, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
