Ball Junkies take first place in bash

The Ball Junkies won first place in the six-and-under age group. Ball Junkies take first place in bash

The 6 and under Batesville Ball Junkies won first place in the Batesville Bash at J.P. Hudson Sunday afternoon.
Batesville 6, Hernando 4
Batesville scored three runs in the first and two in the second. Hernando scored three in the second and another in the third. Batesville scored their final run in the third, leaving the score 6-4.
Batesville 10, Senatobia 7
Batesville scored the maximun five runs in the first and third innings. Senatobia managed to score two runs in the first, second and fourth inning, with their last run scored in the fifth. Senatobia fell short as Batesville took the win 10-7.
Batesville 15, Senatobia 9
Batesville faced off with Senatobia again and continued to score in each inning. Batesville scored three in the first, two in the second and five in the third and fourth innings. Senatobia scored three in the third, two in the fourth and four in the fifth inning.
Batesville 15, Southaven 12
In a close match-up with Southaven, Batesville managed the win after scoring five runs in the first, third and fourth inning.
Batesville held Southaven to no runs until the third inning, as Southaven scored their first run. Southaven scored the max runs in the fourth and fifth inning. In the final inning, Southaven needed another five runs to take the lead. Batesville held Southaven to a single run in the final inning, leaving the final score at 15-12.
