The following is a list of those incarcerated at the David M. Bryan Justice Center as provided by the Panola County Jail upon request.
A name included on this list does not indicate that the person is guilty of a crime, only that charges have been brought or the person has been brought and booked into the jail.

April 11
John David Putman,  39 Beatty Rd., Enid, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Artenis Jermaine Russell, 15412 Ballentine Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with burglary of a dwelling.
Gregdrecus Devon Leland, 204 Everett St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Therix Aundrea Johnson, 102 Woods Ext., Batesville, was arrested and charged with probation violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Thurstle Dale Mullen, 7597 Dexter Run Circle, Cordova, Tenn., was arrested for violation of a protection order and has a hold for D-2. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

April 12
Stanley Cortez McMiller Jr., 165 Henry Dr. Ext., Courtland, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and disturbance of the peace. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Christopher Wesley McCollum, 2518 Belmont Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Kevin Boyd Goodwin, 305 Gillispie St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI and reckless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Valerie Denise Daugherty, 873 Carlisle Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Ronald Howe, 401 Sarah Rd., Sarah, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance, no tag and improper equipment. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.

George Edward Flowers, 272 Shiloh Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Barbara Ann Hamilton, 495 Shiloh Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Larry James Robinson, 161 B Audrey Rd., Courtland, is on a writ to hold.
Tommy Lee Wright, 139 A Todd Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Kara Beth Killebrew, 2945 Glennbury Lane, Southaven, was sentenced to five years with 3 1/2 suspended and 1 1/2 to serve. The case was heard in Circuit Court.

April 15

Letenia McShall Porter, 313 Center St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Jamalyh Pollard, 141 Butler Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
