A name included on this list does not indicate that the person is guilty of a crime, only that charges have been brought or the person has been brought and booked into the jail.

November 23

Jessie Queniel Wooten, Lot No. 4 Jimmy Jones Trailer Park, Como, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Dewayne Butts Fonville, 524 Smart Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Rebecca Lee Mayer, 1216 Terza Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family and simple possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Hunter Davis Reynolds, 2165 Shady Wind Dr., Southaven, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent and possession of heroin with intent. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Austin Tyler Blair, 236B Henry Heafner Rd., Batesville, was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court, burglary and failure to appear in court. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Creshuna L. Boyd, 127 Doug Rd., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court. 

Michael Dewayne Trusty, 380 Pearidge Rd., Grenada, has a hold. 

Laura Kristen Hervey, 30 Birdsong Cove, Grenada, was arrested and charged with burglary other than  a dwelling. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Cedrick James Curry, 6040 Curtis Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic violence. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

November 24

Eric Dewayne Walls, 509 Magnolia St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with simple assault on law enforcement officer. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Deprician Deshunta Shegog, 145 Panola Ave., Crowder, was arrested and charged with embezzlement. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Justin Scott Fredrick, 13 Ramsey Circle, Sardis, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license and improper passing. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

November 26

Gregory Dewayne Readus, 269 Hwy. 51, Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI, no proof of insurance, driving while license suspended and improper equipment. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Terri F. Mangrum, 5779 Pleasant Grove, Como, was arrested and charged with careless driving, driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Russell Autry Taylor, 407 Hillcrest Lane, New Albany, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Christian D. Perez, 205 Baker St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Edward Lee Hester, 209 Jackson St., Whiteville, Tenn., was arrested and charged with DUI and reckless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

November 27

Stanley R. Oliver Jr., 3200 Cottonplant Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Lee Allen Manning Jr., 2994 Sardis Lake Dr., Batesville, was arrested nad charged with threatening phone calls and domestic violence. The case will be heard in Justice Court. 

Earnest Levi Garner, 314 Cutting Horse Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Preston L. Myles, 7101 North Lane, Horn Lake, was arrested and charged with speeding. 

November 28

Wesley P. Bradley Jr., 102 East South Ave., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with public drunk and family disturbance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Daryl Morgan, 107 Williams St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court-failure to pay, DUI-refusal, driving while license suspended and no proof of insurance. 

Rigoberto Jarmillo Salas,   1627 Sardis Lake Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

November 29

Lisa Marie Johnson, 409 Fourth St., Marks, was arrested and charged with DUI, careless driving and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Antonio D. Watson, 1419 Jones St., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with public drunk and possession of controlled substance. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Brad Russell Sutherland, 3914 Hubbard Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Terry Wayne Franklin, 2851 Barnacre Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence-simple. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Johhny Scott Flingbury, 4029 A Farrish Gravel Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence-simple. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
