November 10

Raven Evon Barnett, 2856 A Hwy. 51, Como, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Tiffany Nicole Austin, 1674 Rockhill Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

David Lewis Smith, 201 A Leonard St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

James Bernard Turner, 106 Jackson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jonathan D. Cosby, 469 Main St., Courtland, was arrested and charged with no seat belt, no proof of insurance, no driver’s license, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Courtland Municipal Court.

Carl Edward Epps, 5625 Hwy. 51 South, Pope, was arrested and charged with probation violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Julio Flores, 217 Jamison St., Houston, is a federal inmate. 

James Smith, 205 Dunlap St., Como, was arrested and charged with sale of controlled substance. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

James Bernard Turner, 106 Jackson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Aceituno Arcon Francisco, 1506 White Oak Lane, Oxford, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license and careless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

November 17

Randy Wayne Leverett, 536 A Old Hwy. Rd., Crenshaw, has a hold and was arrested and charged with burglary and grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Michael Wayne Tackett, 1182 Atkinson Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with burglary of a dwelling and a dwelldwelling and grand larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Crystal Lang Gant, 420 Covington Ave., Lambert, was arrested and charged with uttering forgery. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Vanarderick D’Juan Reed, 33 Al Johnson Rd., Como, was arrested on a bench warrant. 

Bridget Marie Ray, 3721 Shiloh Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance and possession of paraphernalia. The case will be heard in Pope Muncipal Court.

November 18

Zach Scott Booker, 38881 Hwy. 315 South, Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of methanphetamine. The cas will be heard in Justice Court.

Phillip Silash Burnworth II, 3881 Hwy. 315 South, Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. 

Latisha S. Ards, 221 Noble St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

John William Sharp, 1210 Scott Ave., Lambert, was arrested and charged with possession of paraphernalia. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Lacorey Cordell Hoskins, 8170 South Park Circle Apt. #E, Southaven, was arrested and charged with probation violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Buddy Kenny Rogers, 14121 Meadow Lane, Aytle Creek, Calif., is a federal inmate. 

Jamarcus Demond Nelson, 201 Atkins St. Apt. A 7, Sardis, was arrested and charged with switched tag, false information, no proof of insurance, no driver’s license and contempt of court. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Wade Matthew Fisk, 466 Morris Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Kevin Terrell Convington, 102 Diane Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Dewayne D. Armstead, 1424 Figg Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI, no seat belt, improper turn and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

November 19

Travis Brooks Douglas, 208 Dunlap St., Sardis, had a hold and straight release per Judge Baker. 

Leonard Clayton Pettit, 99 Northwood Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with probation violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Joey Alexander Wells, 43 CR 173, Oxford, was arrested and charged with no proof of insurance, improper equipment and possession of marijuana in a vehicle. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Sondreanna Denise Huff, 21 Scott Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with family disturbance and has a hold. 

Dearius Deandra Lamar, 309 Dewberry St., Sardis, has a bench warrant. 

Tommy Lee Wright, 139 A Todd Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

William Earl Doyle Jr., 1790 Cotton Plant Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged possession of controlled substance-crack cocaine. 

David Cortez Richardson, 1790 Cotton Plant Rd., Batesville, has a hold.

Terran Taiwan Shegog, 521 A Gleeton Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and contempt of court. The case will be heard in Pope Municipal Court.

November 20

Joshua Wayne Kennedy, 110 Everette Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with grand larceny-habitual. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Melis Salihovio, 4810 Allemania St., St. Louis, was arrested and charged with abusive calls to emergency telephone/911. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Ronnie Robinson, 105 Williams St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Timothy James Hudspeth, 696 Bishop Rd., Crenshaw, has a hold for investigation.

Jermaine Kerry Merrell, 204 Sub Station Rd., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with DUI-refusal and speeding. 

Vincent Earl Davis, 14519 Hwy. 315 West, Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Van Michael Summerville, 401 Lower Bethleham Rd., Winona, was arrested and charged with DUI-refusal and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Johnnie Edward Bryant Jr., 1600 Sheriff Ridge Apt. 2, Friars Point, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Montreal Devonta Hibbler, 808 B Tate Panola Rd., Sarah, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Flo Lakay Daniels, 327 Cauthen Circle, Senatobia, was arrested and charged with DUI and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

John Wesley McCollum, 19618 Hwy. 51 North, Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI and failure to signal. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
