October 26
Brandy Michelle Myrick, 107 Grafton Dr., Watervalley, is being held for sentencing. The case was heard in Circuit Court.

October 27
Irish McKinley Lee, 537 West Pearl St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
Teresa Lynn Caine, 199 Fox Run Dr., Courtland, was arrested and charged with trespassing. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Christopher Glenn Weaver, 580 C Shady Grove Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with trespassing and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Larry Dean Lewis, 6316 Macedonia Rd., Batesville, was a hold and charged with raping a victim under 14. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Fidel Carrillo Ramirez, 105 Johnson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license and leaving scene of accident. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Joseph Grantham Hammer, 284 Whipperwill Rd., Byhalia, is a federal detainee.
Victor Hernandez, 126 Hickory Hill, Memphis, is a federal detainee.
Zachery Brent McPhail, 411 Hwy. 30 East, Oxford, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Kenneth Dewayne Wooten, 110 A Raybon Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with four years to serve MDOC.
Rodney Marcel Davis, 330 Center St., Sardis, was sentenced to 17 years, 10 years suspended and serve years to serve. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Everett Riley Mixon, 210 Georgia St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
