September 14

Edward Deshawn Ford, 949 B Wells Ext, Courtland, was arrested and charge aggravated assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Dale Matthew Gann, 1059 Dommyline Road, Batesville, has a hold. 

Allen Charles McKinney, 374 Red Rod St., Oakland, was sentenced with five years. 

Darreyl Ninx Ruffin, 331 SM Hawkins Road, Longhorn, has a child support lock-up order. 

Tina Michelle Nolan,109 Court St., Sardis, was arrested and charge with possession of controlled substance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Theresa Ann Cheshire, 8304 Baldwin Cove, Southaven, was arrested and charge with threatening phone calls. The case will be heard in Justice Court. 

Jonathan Jermaine Haynes, 417 Dewberry Street, Sardis, was arrested and charge with contempt of court-failure to pay. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Eddie Lee Pondexter, 5996 Curtis Road, Batesville, was arrested and charge with simple domestic violence. The case will be heard in Justice Court. 

September 15

Robin Denise Oliver, 217 Highway 51 North, Como has a hold.

Chasity M. Ware, 301 Meto Lake, Searcy, Ar., served two hours.

Ronnie D. Robertson, 210 McLaurin St., Sardis, has a writ. 

Dearius Deandra Lamar, 309 Dewberry St., was arrested and charge with simple assault. The case will be heard Sardis Municipal Court.

September 16

Joseph Oliver Wicks, 2832 B Cotton Plant Road, Batesville, has child support lock-up. 

Nellie Ann Willoughby,  102 Atwell St., Batesville, was arrested and charge with malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. 

Walter Lewis Koszyk, 34 Forrest Drive N., Sardis, has a child support lock-up. 

Timothy Jerome Woodlander, 799 Belmont Road, Sardis, was arrested and charge with simple possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Justice Court. 

Stephanie Jones Miller, 17 Bonds Drive, Abbevile, was arrested and charge with disorderly conduct-failure to comply. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Rashann Emmauel Heweltte, 204 C Lester St., Batesville, was arrested and charge with simple assault and disturbance of peace. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. 

September 17

Larry Allen Brower, 4786 Central Academy, Sardis, was arrested and charge with simple domestic assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Tressie May Salter, 17558 Highway 51 N., Sardis, was arrested and charge with violation of Drug Court. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Demond Rodreguez Jackson, 2828 O.B. McClendon Road, Senatobia, was arrested and charge with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Robert Boyce, 428 Taylor St., Como, was arrested and charge with disturbance of peace and disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Kristine Danielle Williard, 138 County Road 107, Water Valley, was arrested and charge with leaving the scene of accident with injuries. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Erica Meshelle Shrump, 2288 Arp Central Road, Ripley, TN, was arrested and charge with shoplifting and has a hold. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court. 

Tyler Houston Dickey, 603 Mounds Pleasant, Water Valley, was arrested and charge with D.U.I. and careless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Sunny Morgan Ross, 1758 Sardis Lake Drive, Batesville, was arrested and charge with possession in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

James Eddie Jones Jr., 1739 Gin Road, Batesville, was arrested and charge with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Rodney Dewayne Harris, 650 Rockhill Road, Sardis, was arrested and charge with contempt of court and has a child support lock-up. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.
