It’s budget time and Boys and Girls Clubs of Northwest Mississippi made their plea for additional funds to supervisors and other elected officials during Monday’s meeting of Panola County supervisors at the Batesville Courthouse. Executive Director Latisha Rice (center) did not receive a commitment, but she and her director board were given a warm welcome and assurance of consideration during upcoming budget meetings.
