Michael Jason Criddle, 484 Old Hwy. Rd., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with DUI-other and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Sunny Renee Hall, 308 Brownlee Rd., Sarah, was arrested and charged with DUI-other. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Erica Elizabeth Edwards, 3362 N. Crockett Rd., Sarah, was arrested and charged with DUI-other and possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Joshua Wayne Kennedy, 1237 Ales Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with switched tag, no driver’s license and careless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Tommy Montana Rodgers, 73 Rogers Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Fredrick D. Patton, 509 Magnolia St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with careless driving, no proof of  insurance, bond surrender, DUI-refusal and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in  Justice Court.

Willie Stanford Harris, 256 Greg Taylor Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with contempt of court, speeding and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Jessie Lynn Stone, 295 Second St., Sledge, was arrested and charged with threatening a police officer. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.
