Economic development officials from three counties plus the Mississippi Development Authority, the Mississippi Dept. of Transporation and the Delta Council are gathering information to support a full court press to build a four-lane route from Batesville to Clarksdale. The “6/69 Corridor Coalition — The Missing Link” is spearheading the effort to eliminate the bottleneck that begins west of the east-facing aerial view.
