Spring Football
South Panola
South Panola will play in a spring game at Mississippi State University on Friday, May 15 versus Starkville and Carver High School of Birmingham. Times will be announced later.
South Panola and Starkville met in the North State Championship game last year when the Tigers had to overcome a 13-0 halftime deficit to win.

North Panola
North Panola will tentatively start spring football practice April 12-15, 20-24 and 27-30. The spring game will be played May 1. Time and place to be determined.
North Delta
Varsity practice for North Delta is slated to begin Monday, April 20. The junior high will start Monday, April 27.
The varsity will play a spring game one day between May 6 and 9.

South Panola Track
South Panola track is running in a meet Friday at Oxford High at 2 p.m.

Patton Lane Youth
Patton Lane park will continue sign up for its baseball/softball league through Monday, April 5 at 5:30 p.m. each evening at the park. For more information, call (662) 710-2421 or (662) 934-0502.

American Legion
City of Batesville Parks and Recreation will hold final sign up for the 13-15-year-old American Legion baseball Saturday, March 28 from 9 to 11 a.m. at American Legion Baseball field. Registration fee is $45. Late signup after March 29 is an additional $25. Call 662-934-5000 for questions.
