Ben Chambers prepare to launch balloons Saturday evening in honor of the birthday of his daughter, Jessica Chambers, who would have turned 20 on February 2. Family and friends of the young murder victim had gathered for a candlelight vigil at Sardis Lake Baptist Church. Chambers was found alive beside her burning car December 6 near Courtland, with burns over 98 percent of her body. She died soon after at a Memphis hospital.
