July 7

Antonio Demoun Childs, 4975 Old Panola Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with failure to comply, no child restraint, possession of paraphernalia, driving while license suspended and no seat belt. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

 Darius D. McNeil, 216 Ford St., Como, is a state inmate (RID Program).

Quinterious M. Mabry, 436 Taylor Rd., Como, is a state inmate (RID Program).

Nicholas Bernard Williams, 104 Magnolia St., Sardis, is a state inmate. 

Thomas Eugene Clayton, 506 North Loop, Batesville, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Christopher Anthony Golden, 585 Perkin Ave., Crowder, was arrested and charged with public drunk and disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Crowder Municipal Court.

Demetrice Kentrell Rodgers, 8045 Rifle Range Rd., Coldwater, is on a child support lock up order. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Tyler Gage Pruitt, 185 West Sixth St., Crowder, was arrested and charged with open container and public drunk. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Larry Warren Jackson, 435 Warren St., Como, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

July 8

Michael Terreal Nelson, 54 Wilbourn Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged on a child support lock up order. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Theressa Ann Leverson, 44 Willow Rd., Sardis, has a hold.

Rodney Lontell Griffin, 475 Greenbriar Circle, Courtland, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Glenda Kay Roberson, 4309 Nash Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Vandell Marquis Pollard, 5978 Curtis Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance with intent. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Michael Craig Watkins, 20 CR 140, Oxford, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, careless driving and speeding. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Stori Lane Gallagher, 429 Pellerin Dr., Kenner, La., was arrested and charged with DUI and careless driving. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Earl Antonio Johnson, 121 Johnson Dr., Enid, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Crowder Municipal Court.

Kanard Cordell Washington, 320 Quitman Ave., Crowder, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Crowder Municipal Court.

Zachery Allen Newman, 1307 Cliff Finch Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, no inspection sticker and no seat belt. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Tyson Andrew Woods, 1525 Fairway Dr. Apt. 203, Naperville, Ill., was arrested and charged with possession of paraphernalia, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Shannon Latrice Leach, 303 Mt. Level Rd., Sardis, was arrested on a bond surrender (shoplifting). The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

July 10

Jeremy Kendall Ellis, 719 Bethlehem Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged on a child support lock up order. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Tyler Gage Pruitt, 185 West 6th St., Crowdere, was arrested and charged with introducing contraband into jail and had bond revoked on felony shoplifting. The case will be heard in Crowder Municipal Court.

Ashlie Payton Ellis, 185 West 6th St., Crowder, was arrested and charged with introducing contraband into jail and had bond revoked on one count conspiracy and one count for grand larceny. The case will be heard in Crowder Municipal Court.

Nathaniel Bobo, 82 Old Hwy. 51, Courtland, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

David Lee Blackburn Jr., 3179 Henderson Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Kimberly Carr, 443 Quincy Avenue, Clarksdale, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Ricky Lanier Henderson, 125 Jackson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance (felony), trespassing and simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Morgan Grayling Parducci, 645 Daugherty St., Coldwater, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Brandi Lee Yount, 106 Central St., Batesville, has a hold for Desoto County. 

July 11

Stevie C. Pryor, 701 West Pearl St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with two counts of sale of marijuana. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Jeffery Brewer Floyd, 298 North Crockett, Senatobia, was arrested on an indictment. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Josephine Jackson, 423 Park Place Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with fraud (federal assistance). The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Deborah L. Flanigan, 18536 Hwy. 315 West, Sardis, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Anthony Terell Curry, 55 Hughes Rd., Sledge, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Tyler Gage Pruitt, 185 West 6th St., Crowder, was arrested and charged with introducing contraband into jail and bond was revoked on felony shoplifting.

Anthony Carter, 213 Henry Heafner Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court-failure to pay. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Ketrick Tremain Sanford, 8 Old Hwy. 51, Courtland, was arrested and charged with no sticker, no tag, no helmet and unauthorized vehicle on highway. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Joshua David Forehand, 111 Charles Lane, Sardis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

July 12

Jimmy Terrell Temple, 6888 Hwy. 1 North, Colt, Ark., was arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Donny Dewayne Butts, 24115 A Hwy. 310, Como, was arrested and charged with DUI-third and careless driving. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Larry Taylor Jr., 414 Fredric St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Thomas A. Anthony, 1812 Farrish Gravel Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance (two counts). The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

July 13

Kevin Hunter Williamson, 321 Old Hwy. Rd., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct. The  case will be heard in Justice Court.

Timmy O’Bryant Roberts, 1173 Edward Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and improper equipment. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.
