South Panola  Junior Varsity baseball  will travel to Desoto Central for a double-header season finale. The games will be at 5 and 7 p.m.

Wednesday, June 25

North Panola boys and girls basketball will travel to Lake Cormorant for a summer league tournament. 

Monday, July 7

The Mississippi Dawgs Peewee organization will be having their final registration sign up at Pope Field from 5-7 p.m. Packets will be available on that day, but registration fee must be paid in full. 

Thursday, July 10

Northwest Mississippi Community College is hosting a Senior Showcase football camp. Lunch is included in registration fee. Saturday, July 12

Delta Chaos, a traveling fast pitch softball group based out of Charleston, will have tryouts for the upcoming fall season.

They will take place Saturday, July 12 at Lafayette High School. There will be tryouts held for ages 8-under to 18-under. Activities begin at 9 a.m. with the 8-under and 10-under. 

The 12-under and 14-under teams will have their tryouts at 10:30 a.m. At 1 p.m., the 16-under and 18-under teams will hold tryouts to select teams for the fall season. Teams will play a limited schedule in the fall.

Several different schools are represented on the teams this summer.They include Charleston, Mantachie, Oxford, Bayou Academy, Pillow Academy, Houston, Pontotoc, Grenada, Winona, Water Valley, North Pontotoc, and Houlka.
