June 16

Keitrick D. Clark, 3258 Macedonia Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence-simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Levi McKinney Jr., 120 Pageant St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court and malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Sardis and Batesville Municipal Court.

Shannon Latrice Leach, 303 Mount Level Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Courts.

Nicholaus Dwayne McCraney, 638 Gillaes St., Memphis, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance with intent. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Cassandra Denaye’ Lewis. 1414 B Curtis Locke Station Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Califfero Cornando Cates Purnell, 109 Lester St. Apt. 1, Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance with intent. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Alexis Taylor, 12475 Hwy. 310 West, Como, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Anthony Wendell Kemp, 7550 Church Rd., Walls, is a federal detainee. 

Erick Dewayne Walls, 509 Magnolia St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with public drunk. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

June 18

Timothy Black, 408 -Dewberry St., Sardis, is a state inmate being housed at the jail.

Leterrence T. Rowell, 25 Fairhaven Loop, Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with fleeing, careless driving, no proof of insurance and improper passing. The case will be heard in Crenshaw Municipal Court.

TyRonda Rene Benson, 65 Connie Ross Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with simple assault. Thecae will be heard in Justice Court.

Leslie Dawn Britt, 363 Silver Fox Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with trespassing and disturbing the peace. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Ashlie P. Ellis, 185 6th St., Crowder, was arrested and charged with three counts of false pretense, conspiracy and grand larceny. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court and Circuit Court.

Michael D. Wolfe, 306 Warren St., Como, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

June 20

Ken Steven Cole, 308 Warren St., Como, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering of an automobile. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Cory Antonio Nelson, 328 Greenhill Circle, Sardis, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

James Andrew Jones, 1765 Sanders Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with public drunk and public profanity. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

Eddie Lee Phillips, Crenshaw Trailer Park, Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with DUI and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Victor Dean Orton, 136 Cosby Rd., Enid, was arrested and charged with trespassing. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
