Monday, Oct. 21

Larry Darnell Young, 272 Ridge Rd., Courtland, was arrested for violation of drug court. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Ketric Donell Miller, 2897 Park Place Rd., Sardis, was arrested on a warrant for trespassing. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

James Blaize Wells, 5210 Pinkston-McCullar Rd., Lambert, was arrested on charges of driving while license suspended, no tag, no insurance. The case will be heard in Crowder City Court.

Michelle Lynn Taylor, 209 Eurek, Batesville, was arrested on a charge of simple assault. The case will be heard in Batesville City Court.

Tuesday, Oct. 22

Dejou Fontez Pryor, 6485 Kirby Parkway, Memphis, was arrested and charged within two jurisdictions including failure to comply/disorderly in Batesville and contempt of court/failure to appear in Sardis. The cases will be heard in their respective municipal courts.

Brandon Shun Turner, 973 Shell Rd., Batesville, is charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Craig Harris, 121 Fogg Rd., Batesville, was charged with child support lockup order. The case is to be heard in Chancery Court.

Timothy Dewayne Gipson, 328 Center St., Sardis, is charged with sale of a controlled substance. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Brittany Charnee Jackson, 421 Dewberry Street, Sardis, has been sentenced to three years with 18 months suspended for the sale of marijuana in Circuit Court.

Steven Lawrence Howard, 710 Mills St., Crenshaw was  charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Willie Standford Harris, 256 Greg Taylor Rd., Courtland was charged with simple assault/domestic. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Wednesday, Oct. 23

James David Bethel, 1340 Alonzo Gipson Rd., Sardis was charged with conspiracy to commit burglary other than a dwelling. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Benjamin Dewane Raymond of 979 Hwy. 6 West, Oxford is charged with sale of a controlled substance. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Thursday, Oct. 24

Artis Franklin Power, 300 James Rudd Rd., Batesville is a federal detainee housed at Panola County Jail.

Jeremy T. Lee, 217 Shiloh Rd., Courtland is charged with DUI, speeding, resisting arrest, assault on an officer. The case will be heard in Batesville City Court.

Johnathan Kyle Green, 491 Mosier Rd., Enid, was arrested for driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Kayla Paige Spencer, 30 Old Hwy. Rd., Crenshaw, was charged with family disturbance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Freddy B. Wilson, 15400 Arkabutla Rd., Sarah, was charged with family disturbance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Kerry Carter, 211 Clearmont St., Sardis, is charged with switched tag, reckless driving, no insurance and DUI 1st. The case will be heard in Sardis City Court.

Ghiocel Civrar of 508 Q St., Rio Linda, CA, was charged with failure to comply with and officer. Case will be heard in City of Batesville Court.

Artis Power Franklin, 300 James Rudd Rd., Batesville is a federal inmate serving time in Panola County Jail.

Hunter Wayne Hynum of 6826 A. Barnacre Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

James Earl Webster of  1321 Hentz Rd., Pope, was charged with threatening phone calls. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Saturday, Oct. 26

Brejuan Jabril Byars, 3946 B Eureka Rd., Batesville was being was held and was released.

Darrius Darrell Buford, 12308 Hammond Hill Rd., Como, was arrested on a child support lockup order. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Bennie Demetrius Jones, 201 Atkins Apt. 62, Sardis, was arrested on a child support lockup order. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.

Joel Michael Covington,185 Mt. Olivet Rd., Batesville was arrested for DUI, driving while license is suspended and careless driving. The case will be heard in Batesville City Court.

Christopher Arterria Hogue, 49 Red Bud, Oakland, was charged with petit larceny. The case will be heard in Batesville City Court.

Robert Lavell Spain, 876 Sanders Rd., Sardis was charged with DUI, driving while license suspended and no seatbelt. The case will be heard in Sardis City Court.

Timothy Creed Cannon, 807 Pinehurst Place, Jackson was charged with DUI refusal. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Gregory Ray Newman, 4856 Hwy. 35 N, Enid, was ordered to serve “mittimus time.”
