June 10
Wanda Lynn Jones, 55 Carlisle Rd., Courtland, was arrested and charged with false pretenses. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

David Eugene Casey, 411 Armstrong St., Batesville, was sentenced to three years to serve in MDOC. The case was heard in Circuit Court.

Jeremy Terrill Jackson, 3912 17th St., Gulfport, was arrested on a bench warrant. The case was heard in Circuit Court.

Christopher Thomas Abston, 201 Booth St., Batesville, was arrested on a summons/bench warrant. The case was heard in Circuit Court.

Larry Clayton Franks, 382 Roberson Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with resisting arrest by fleeing, simple possession of marijuana and careless driving. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Meco Lamonte Walker, 5022 Cottonwood St., Memphis, is being held for MDOC. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Carlton White, 115 Nelson St., Crenshaw, was arrested and  charged with possession of controlled substance with intent. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Martha Jane Benson, 3367 C Benson Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with domestic violence. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Greggory Deshauna Smith, 355 Shamrock Dr. Lakewood Apt. No. 8-G, Batesville, was arrested and charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling and malicious mischief. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

June 12
David Nikko Armstrong, 110 West St., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance with intent. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Jessica LeeAnn Johnson, 209 Cooksten Dr., Oxford, was arrested and charged for failure to comply with terms of drug court. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Dudley Dan Ford Jr., Skyline Apt. 303, Batesville, was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Michael Dewayne Ballentine, No. 210 Lake Inn, Sardis, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and felony shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

George Darrell Chunn, 136 Campground Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI-refusal. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

James Allen Neisler, 288 Coles Point Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Wesley Allen Underwood, 23 East Zel St., Byhalia, is a state inmate. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Billy J. Evans, 107 Homestead Lane, Coldwater, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Felicia Joy Hallmon, 120 Lamb St., Crowder, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Latisha Shantale Curry, 707 Goodwin St., Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

David Redmon, 1279 Parks Rd., Marks, was arrested and charged with DUI, careless driving, driving while license suspended and expired tag. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

James Andrew Jones, 1765 Sanders Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with speeding, no driver’s license, no seat belt, expired tag and DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Vernon Jerrod Harris, 3934 Raven’s Nest, Memphis, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Joshua Deondre Edwards, 2421 Elvis Presley, Memphis, was arrested and charged with DUI, no child restraint and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
