Mitchell brothers to conduct fitness camp

A free, three-day fitness camp will be sponsored next week by First Community Outreach Ministry Services at the South Panola High School track for adults and children ages 13 and up. Two personal fitness trainers, brothers Amaud Mitchell and Antonio Mitchell, have returned to Batesville for the past four years during the local schools’ spring break to offer the camp. Both played football at South Panola.

Hours for the camp are: Thursday and Friday, March 14-15, 9-11 a.m. and 5-7 p.m.; on Saturday, March 16 there will be a 5K walk/run on the school grounds.

Amaud Mitchell is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and lives in Los Angeles where he is a professional personal trainer and manager of an athletic club.
