April 16

Fred Oscar Black, 695 Warren St., Como, is serving eight hours in jail per Judge Wilson. The case was heard in Justice Court.

Robert Buice, 15280 A Ballentine Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and no turn signal. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Sylvester Boyce, 6921 Compress Rd., Como, is being held for investigation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Jeremy Tyrone Kimp, 522 Sarah Dickinson Rd., Sardis, was sentenced to 18 years for transferring marijuana and two counts of possession with intent. The case was heard in Circuit Court.

Joshua Michael Goodnight, 23130 Hwy. 51, Sardis, was arrested and charged with no proof of insurance and driving on the wrong side of the road. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Tevin Bernard Robinson, 196 Harris Rd., Sardis, is being held for the Batesville Police Department.

Taurris Quartez Cole, 102 Homestead, Coldwater, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Dewayne Eddie McMilllan, 1752 Vassar Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, DUI-third and improper equipment. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Janet L. Willis, 12254 A Hwy. 35 South, Batesville, was arrested and charged with bad check. The case will be heard in Circuit Court and Justice Court.

April 18

Cory Terrell Henderson, 101 Williams St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, tint violations, no insurance, no seatbelt and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Skylar Forress Dever, 19 Moore Road, Clarksdale, was being held for Franklin County, Alabama sheriff’s department.

George Lee Todd Jr., 330 Ford Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with false identifying information and possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Batesville Muncipal Court.

Dekedirick Alexander Mister, 205 Jones St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court and possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Patrick Oneal Mister, 101 Flowers Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct-failure to comply. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Troy Oneal McMurry, 102 Lanser St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Ryan Lavelle Whitehead, 390 Flowers Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged on a child support lock up order. The case will be heard in Chancery Court.
