Award-winning outdoor writer Robert Hitt Neill, sporting his Panolian Ice Storm t-shirt circa 1994, will be at the Batesville Public Library on Thursday to autograph copies of his books and visit with local fans from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Neill’s column has been published in The Panolian for more than 20 years.
