November 1

Ruth Ann Darby, 33654 Hwy. 49 S., Drew, was arrested and charged with joyriding. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Randall K. Ivy, 1594 Brownferry Rd., Sarah, was arrested and charged with trespassing and petit larceny and served one day in jail. The case was heard in Justice Court.

Danny Joe Vansycoc, 24964 Hwy. 315 East, Sardis, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Edward D. Houston, 216 Panola Ave., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Tavish T. Smith, 208 Henry Heafner Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with ISP violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Jessica L. Shivers, 597 Tatum Pond Rd., Tillatoba, was arrested and charged with no proof of insurance. leaving the scene of an accident and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Patricia A. Storey, 38 CR 510, Como, was arrested and charged with DUI and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

David L. Cummins, 6526 Hwy. 3 North, Crenshaw, was arrested and charged with probation violation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Detrick J. Webb, 287 Atkins St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with embezzlement. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Danyel J. Plair, 424 Dean St., Senatobia, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license, no proof of insurance and simple possession of marijuana. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
