MedStat paramedics ready an unidentified woman for transport in an ambulance after she was run over by a car in the parking lot at Batesville City Hall. Eyewitness Rachel Kizer said she watched an argument in the parking lot, then saw a driver slam the woman into a nearby industrial garbage bin. “I thought she had killed her,” Kizer said.
