Reader agrees: pie in face teaches lack of respect
I am writing in response to the letter written by Mary Newsom Dyson (Children’s rewards show lack of respect, March 18).
I also was shocked and appalled by the lack of respect our leaders are teaching our children.
It’s no wonder our youth of today have no respect for anyone! Why not give a prize or monetary award instead of a pie in the face!!
