The 2010 Wendy’s High School Heisman winners from South Panola are Lee Self and Lauren Hentz. Lee plays football where he is the starting quarterback and plays baseball. Lauren transferred this year from Desoto Central where she advanced to the junior olympics in track and in powerlifting she placed first in her region, second in the north state and fifth in the state.   Hentz is the daughter of Audra McCaskill and Lee is the son of Jerry and Tish Self.
