Rivals.com puts South Panola at No. 1 nationally

 South Panola jumped from No. 5 in the Rivals.com poll to No. 1 Tuesday afternoon.

“In two road games this season, South Panola has hardly been slowed. This week against Colquitt County was a rout, 65-35.”

Former No. 1 Plant lost 48-10 in a scrimmage against Manatee and dropped all the way to No. 78. No. 2 Poly drops to No. 8 while No. 3 Abilene drops to No. 7. Glendale Academics stays at No. 4.

South Panola’s schedule will not get any easier as this week they head to Memphis for their straight road trip with Memphis University School at 7:30 p.m. Friday. This is also the first Friday game the Tigers will play this year.
