South Panola HIgh senior Dave Dulin signs an agreement to accept a $75,000 Air Force ROTC scholarship to the University of Mississippi. Looking on during the Tuesday morning ceremony at SPHS were his parents, Frances and David Dulin. Capt. Jeffrey T. Gross, director of the Air Force ROTC program at Ole Miss, was on hand to present the award. This is the second year in a row a South Panola JROTC student has won the prestigious scholarship.
