SP and ND crush opponents, NP gets crushed

It was a night of head scratching as the South Panola Tigers hosted the Olive Branch Conquistadors in a Y’all vs. Us, battle of the rivalries.

The thing is South Panola came ready to play and defeated Olive Branch 34-6. The Tigers led 27-0 at the half.

Fans started texting each other asking, “Where’s Olive Branch?” One person said laughingly they were spotted at Chuck E. Cheese’s. They were not in Oxford and it seems neither was the North Panola Cougar team which lost to Lafayette County 54-6 and fell to 0-2 in the district.

North Delta had little trouble with Marvell and won 40-6.
