To the Editor,

This letter is in response to your front page article on a BPD patrolman finding a bloodied fight victim. The victim was the aggressor in the fight and struck the first blow. I acted in self defense.

You neglected to point out in your story that I also sustained head injuries and was also “bloodied.”

I look forward to a jury trial in this matter.
