Tony Hubbard, 78, passed away Friday, Dec. 11, 2020, at Baptist Memorial Hospital of North MS in Oxford.

Funeral services for Tony will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 14, in the Martin Willingham Memorial Chapel of Wells Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 5  to 8 at Wells. Interment will be held Monday at Chapel Hill Cemetery in Pope. Rev. Damon Plummer will officiate.

Tony was born Dec. 19, 1941, to the late Benjamin Pete Hubbard and Carrie Beard Hubbard in Pope. Tony was a member of the MS National Guard and a member of the former Chapel Hill United Methodist Church. He was a retired agent for the MS State Tax Commission.

In his spare time he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and cattle farming.

The loving family he leaves behind include his children; Brenda Hubbard Morrow (Randy) of Batesville, Wanda Hubbard of Southaven, and Dr. Ty Hubbard of Oxford; grandchildren, Blake Daugherty (Tanya), Amber Wedgeworth (Josh), Ben Hubbard, Elizabeth Hubbard; great grandchildren, Cruz and Cash Daugherty, Calli and Mary Blake Wedgeworth.
