The Panola County chapter of the Mississippi State University Alumni Association invites new MSU freshmen and transfer students and their parents, along with alumni and friends to a Send Off Party, Tuesday, July 23, at 6 p.m. at the Panola County MSU Extension Auditorium at 394 Highway 51 S.
