The Batesville Police Department presented a check for $4,387 to Le Bonheur’s Children Hospital Monday at the station. The money was collected from the police’s No-Shave November campaign. Approximately 30 members of the police department family participated. Chief Jimmy McCloud said he was very thankful for the department and community which made the fundraiser a success. (Myra Bean)
