SP wins Senatobia golf tournament
The South Panola golf team won the Senatobia Tournament Thursday.
The team consisted of Jonathan Middleton, Samuel Davis, Ethan Gatlin and Scott Taylor. They beat Horn Lake and Senatobia. Also Middleton and Davis were medalists.
On Friday the team played at Bruce and placed third. Calhoun City took first place; Bruce, second; Winona, fourth and Vardaman placed fifth.
The team will compete in the district tournament on Wednesday at Starkville starting at 10 a.m.
