October 3
Amy F. Nunn, 4481 Lauderdale Rd., Hernando, was arrested and charged with 10 counts of fraudulent statement. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Bennie W. Nunn, 4481 Lauderdale Rd., Hernando, was arrested and charged with 10 counts of fraudulent statement. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Donte Malcom, 2405 San Panla, Dallas, Texas, was arrested and charged with three counts of burglary of a commercial building, two counts of grand larceny and petit larceny. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Mark S. Pearson, 508 Mary Ann Cove, Oxford, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Christina Hines, 105 Patton Lane, Batesville, was arrested and charged with conspiracy/sale of a controlled substance (cocaine).

Jennifer D. Respess, 5606 Pope-Water Valley Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with sale of a controlled substance (Xanax).

Lucious Walls, 201 Atkinson St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI and no proof of insurance. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Johnny W. Alred, 54 Danny Lane, Sardis, was arrested and charged with DUI, careless driving and driving while license suspended. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

David J. Guillot Jr., 1011 Great Oaks Dr., Southaven, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Teresa A. Brooks, 203 Deaton St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with contempt/possession of marijuana less than an ounce. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Bobby Dale Johnson, 532 Gleaton Rd., Pope, was arrested and charged with contempt-failure to pay fines. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.

Bobby R. McNeal, 596 Hammerhill Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with DUI. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Derek E. Warren, 1475 W. Main, Senatobia, was arrested and charged with DUI-refusal, running a stop sign and careless driving. The case will be heard in Como Municipal Court.

Mattie M. Frost, 683 Cemetery Rd., Como, was arrested and charged with bond surrender-arson. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
