This past Sunday a family and friends day celebration was shared by many with all the blessings of great people from Tennessee and Mississippi who came together to enjoy each other. The speaker on this occasion was a young minister from Lambert, Tanya Thomas who spoke with wisdom from the Old School of hard knocks.

Kim Freeman asked the audience to come together and welcome each other with a powerful hug and to sing, Bless the Lord with me. When the praises go up the blessings come down. As we look for love in the wrong places, we believe a friend will never leave you nor forsake you, but there is one higher and more powerful, his name is Jesus.

We must have Christ like love that dwells on the inside. Love demonstrates, love is active, love is responsive. We must let go of the bitterness of the past, that affects your heart, mind and soul.

Open your door, see the seasons change as we change. The does are everywhere you look, eating plants of every kind, watering your every move. The trees are full of acorns, waiting to drop.

Like children filled with the joy of another day. The leaves are dark green with veins stretching throughout, slowly looking to change colors. As we look toward the beauty of the sky. Let nothing stand in the way of your joy!
