Jasmine Sherell Moore, 211 Tubbs Rd. Apt. 21, Batesville, was arrested and charged with embezzlement. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

James Wesley King, 495 Kyle Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with DUI-second, no seatbelt, driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance and reckless driving.

Christopher Jaymal Whitten, 117 Hoskins Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with probation violation.
Curtis Lee Henderson, 236 Pearson St., Batesville, was arrested and charged with two counts of sale of marijuana. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
Patsy Lynn McCoy, 804 Redhill Circle, Batesville, was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance.
Steven Vernon McCoy, 1259 Kings Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with possession of paraphernalia.

Michael Everett McGee, 305 Hightower St., Sardis, was arrested and charged with failure to dim headlights and no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.
Lee Allen Manning Jr., 2994 Sardis Lake Dr., Batesville, was arrested and charged with carnal knowledge of a juvenile. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.
