JULY 23

William Craig Stewart, 2848 Eureka Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and simple assault. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Antonio Marsini Cox, 81 Walnut Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with shoplifting. The case will be heard in Sardis Municipal Court.

July 24

Tommy Wright, 139 A Todd Rd., Batesville, was arrested and charged with violation of probation. The case will be heard in Circuit Court.

Robert Raymond Buice, 19190 Hwy. 51, Sardis, was arrested and charged with no driver’s license. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Eric Maurice Fondren, 1581 Sanders Rd., Sardis, was arrested and charged with disturbance of a family. The case will be heard in Justice Court.

Christopher A. Ellis, 230 Dunson Avenue Apt. No. 14, Crowder, was arrested and charged with careless driving, no proof of insurance and possession of controlled substance. The case will be heard in Batesville Municipal Court.
